Good food and drink, service isn't always accurate or polite

Fast, smiling service at drive through. Food delicious and on par with the chain. REALLY ridiculous turn angle at drive thru though plenty of room to back up, then forward (as I've actually witnessed larger vehicles accomplish here!) NOT A LARGE, BIG RIG OR RV DRIVE THRU!!!!

Crappy service. Then when complained they were acting like did nothing wrong. Big coffee drinker and they just lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent stop. I am always treated well here. The staff is very friendly and always smiling.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

I was unimpressed by Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster. I won't be recommending the 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA location to anyone.

Okay, so I ventured into Dunkin' Donuts on a whim, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The iced Americano was strong, just the way I like it. The décor was simple but had this rustic charm that I couldn't resist. Will definitely become a regular here!
