Good food and drink, service isn't always accurate or polite

Fast, smiling service at drive through. Food delicious and on par with the chain. REALLY ridiculous turn angle at drive thru though plenty of room to back up, then forward (as I've actually witnessed larger vehicles accomplish here!) NOT A LARGE, BIG RIG OR RV DRIVE THRU!!!!

Crappy service. Then when complained they were acting like did nothing wrong. Big coffee drinker and they just lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Dunkin' Donuts stands out as the best coffee shop in 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA. Their perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.

I was disappointed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was too weak, and the service was indifferent. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

I was in 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA and needed a caffeine fix, so I checked out Dunkin' Donuts. Their pour-over coffee was like a warm, soothing hug for my taste buds. The café had this rustic charm with wooden tables and a fireplace. It's a great place to escape the daily grind.

I wandered into Dunkin' Donuts in 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA and ordered a cappuccino. It was decent, nothing to write home about. But the real star here is the ambiance – cozy, like your grandma's living room. If you're into nostalgia and coffee, this place is your jam.
