Good food and drink, service isn't always accurate or polite

Fast, smiling service at drive through. Food delicious and on par with the chain. REALLY ridiculous turn angle at drive thru though plenty of room to back up, then forward (as I've actually witnessed larger vehicles accomplish here!) NOT A LARGE, BIG RIG OR RV DRIVE THRU!!!!

Crappy service. Then when complained they were acting like did nothing wrong. Big coffee drinker and they just lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Let me tell you about Dunkin' Donuts at 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA. Their latte is the real deal. Creamy, dreamy, and just the right amount of caffeine kick. The whole place had this Zen vibe, with soft jazz in the background and comfy chairs that practically begged you to stay awhile.

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was less than satisfactory. The coffee at 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA was too bitter for my taste. I had heard great things about this place, but I found their coffee to be overly bitter, leaving a lingering unpleasant aftertaste.

I was expecting more from Dunkin' Donuts. The iced latte was uninspiring, and the seating was uncomfortable. It's a forgettable spot in my book.
