Good food and drink, service isn't always accurate or polite

Fast, smiling service at drive through. Food delicious and on par with the chain. REALLY ridiculous turn angle at drive thru though plenty of room to back up, then forward (as I've actually witnessed larger vehicles accomplish here!) NOT A LARGE, BIG RIG OR RV DRIVE THRU!!!!

Crappy service. Then when complained they were acting like did nothing wrong. Big coffee drinker and they just lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short of my expectations. The iced latte was bland, and the prices were steep for what they offered. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was far from satisfying. The coffee had a bitter aftertaste, and the pastries tasted stale at the 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA location. I'd recommend exploring other options.

Dunkin' Donuts knows how to brew a perfect cup of coffee. The Ethiopian blend at 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA is my personal favorite. The rich, fruity notes of their Ethiopian coffee are a delightful treat for the taste buds. It's no wonder I keep coming back for more.

If you're ever in 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA, you've got to check out Dunkin' Donuts. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
