Good food and drink, service isn't always accurate or polite

Fast, smiling service at drive through. Food delicious and on par with the chain. REALLY ridiculous turn angle at drive thru though plenty of room to back up, then forward (as I've actually witnessed larger vehicles accomplish here!) NOT A LARGE, BIG RIG OR RV DRIVE THRU!!!!

Crappy service. Then when complained they were acting like did nothing wrong. Big coffee drinker and they just lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was underwhelmed by Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was lackluster, and the pastries were dry. The overall experience left much to be desired.

Dunkin' Donuts is my coffee haven! The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 12165 State Route 9w, West Coxsackie, NY 12192, USA location makes it an ideal spot for unwinding. I could spend hours there.
