Dunkin employee out of state. We arrived in the 8am rush, and the cars were backed out into the highway. That's not much of a new thing for Dunkin stores though. The employee who took our order was really friendly amongst the chaos of a Dunkin rush. Hats off to her. My frozen hot chocolate was blended on setting 4 and not 3. That made it super chunky and a little weak. Simple mistake but otherwise well handled in a rush.

Very limited selection. Ordered 3 different donuts and kept being told they didn't have them. Really no chocolate, plain, or Boston cream. Then they didn't have the flavored coffee either. Staff was rather rude too.

We ordered three sandwiches. The bagel sandwich was burnt so bad that I could chip it off with my finger nail and was unable to eat it. My wife's sandwich was made on stale bread so it was extremely hard to chew as well and ended up being a waste of money. . Our daughter's big and toasty was fine as well as the coffee and juice. We were very disappointed since we do stop in to other Dunkin quite often.

Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to coffee spot in town. The quality of their beans is unmatched, and you can taste the difference in every sip. The baristas are always friendly and eager to share their coffee expertise. Plus, the cozy seating and soft jazz music make it the perfect place to unwind with a good book. Highly recommended!

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short of my expectations. The coffee lacked depth of flavor, and the prices were higher than justified. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I stumbled upon Dunkin' Donuts in 3366 NY-9H, Valatie, NY 12184, USA, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

Dunkin' Donuts at 3366 NY-9H, Valatie, NY 12184, USA exceeded my expectations. The mocha was a chocolate lover's dream, and the staff made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time there. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu.
