It's dunkin donuts, what more can you say? I go there just for the coffee, which is usually pretty decent. The service at this particular one seems to be a little slow.

Always fast and accurate service, I've been (obviously) to other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Amsterdam area and they should in my opinion field trip to this location to learn how a Macciato is made properly! Always friendly and efficient service! Thank you

Beautiful location, minus the oddly cordoned off renovations area. Unfortunately terribly average service with a smile. Makes it hard to be mad but nevertheless very average. 8 min wait inside for a cb cs blk that wasn't made yet. Despite it taking 2 people to show manager how to ring out their best seller. Poor gal was trying but then no one made it...... like I said average with a smile. Still 2 stars. Maybe more if we cut down the wait time. GO THRU DRIVE THRU they have to be fast bc of the counter making sure they're not taking too long. Company wide, could afford to shut down lobby and just have drive thru.

Servers talk to eachother and ignore customers, always slow, worst dunkin I've been to

Young staff is terribly rude, talks over customers and constantly has side conversations with outside friends. doesn't take orders properly, asks you to repeat 3 times. Touches food with bare hands and purposefully ruins drinks. Worst dunkins around every time I go it's an unpleasent experience. Go to Stewart's for your morning coffee instead

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the pastries tasted stale at the 69 Main Ave, Wynantskill, NY 12198, USA location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I stumbled upon Dunkin' Donuts and couldn't have been happier with my discovery. The flat white was rich and velvety, and the barista's latte art added an extra flair to my morning coffee. The cozy atmosphere was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing coffee break.

The coffee at Dunkin' Donuts was a revelation! I couldn't get enough of their specialty brews, and the 69 Main Ave, Wynantskill, NY 12198, USA location's charming, rustic vibe added to the overall appeal. I'll certainly be returning for more.
