Between Warwick, Florida and Washingtonville this is the worst D&D's. Cold bagels that are burnt, soggy cooked food and the coffee often tastes like brown water. This location is run by adults and yet the other locations worked by kids 25 and younger are significantly better, that's just sad.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever went to! I have had 3 experiences and each time has been worse than the last. I ordered a toasted bagel and emphasized very,very little butter and what did I get a cold bagel with so butter much butt it was gooping out the sides and through the center hole it was literally DISGUSTING! now lets talk coffee how can you screw up coffee!!!! well they are experts the coffee was old and drenched in sugar! this DD needs to seriously get their act together or hire older people that can handle a job because the group of young girls working there are not listening, not reading the orders and simply dont care... I gave you 3 opportunities and all 3 times it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! never again and the good reviews you show must be the employees to owners trying to balance the true negative reviews. This is the single worst Dunkin I ever went to!!!! if they are this ignorant in swerving orders I can only imagine how dirty it must be in the kitchen!

While I appreciate a Dunkin Donuts nearby and they do make my coffee right the biggest frustration is their driveup speaker system doesnt work. You have to repeat your order because they cant hear you and then you have to drive up and give them the order again. For someone like me who goes there everyday for the past 5 years it is freakin annoying!!! Either the mgmt is too cheap to have new system installed or they just dont care. I cant believe that the Dunkin Parent company allows this to go on.

Terrible service. It took 15 minutes to get a medium coffee and a bacon egg and cheese at the drive threw

The staff working here are all very nice and always have a smile on their face early in the morning. Only complaint which I agree is a little unfair because it's a problem with all Dunkin Donuts is that it takes too long to make the breakfast sandwiches which ends up backing up the drive through line.

Very friendly and upbeat staff. They did forget to add 2 Splendas to my Macchiato, however this has happened at 2 other DDs. Is it me? Sat here awhile waiting to meet someone and noticed the place has a lot of fruit flies, but this is common in most food establishments.

So, Dunkin' Donuts in 158 N Main St, Florida, NY 10921, USA – it's a hidden treasure. The iced Americano was like a brisk morning walk for my taste buds, and the staff had that small-town charm. If you're in the mood for coffee and conversation, this place is a gem.
