Dunkin' Donuts

Lousy service. On 1st and only visit donuts were thrown into a bag w/o paper to separate them causing frosting on the 1 fresh donut to stick to the stale one. Coolata I ordered was diluted with a different flavor. Server appeared completely disinterested as if she didn't even want to be there.

Just spent 9 minutes on the drive thru for my order to be wrong. Not the first time that has happened..

It's pretty pathetic if they open the drive thru window saying sorry about the wait.
They need to better train their staff

Nice option for a quick coffee and breakfast or some donuts (your basic Dunkin' Donuts). Getting back onto 17M from this establishment can be a very big headache depending on the time of day, due to the heavy traffic.

One bad apple spoils the bunch. In this case it is a very rude employee. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee tasted bitter, and the service was disappointingly slow at the 4932 NY-17M, New Hampton, NY 10958, USA location. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.

The coffee at Dunkin' Donuts was heavenly! The baristas really understand their craft, and the 4932 NY-17M, New Hampton, NY 10958, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe that I fell in love with. I can't wait to return.
