Walked in was waiting to be help I had to say something to be acknowledged...when it was time to pay th boy just walk away didn't say anything had me waiting there....and the dounghts were hard As rocks

Nice friendly staff at this Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is usually good if it's before 8pm. Food is fine. The store is a bit dated. Could use a makeover.

I stumbled upon Dunkin' Donuts during my morning stroll, and it was a lucky find. The cortado was a little piece of coffee perfection. The place is small but charming, and the barista was a sweetheart. A hidden gem, for sure!

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was served cold, and the service was unfriendly at the 411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY 10950, USA location. I won't be returning anytime soon.
