Walked in was waiting to be help I had to say something to be acknowledged...when it was time to pay th boy just walk away didn't say anything had me waiting there....and the dounghts were hard As rocks

Nice friendly staff at this Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is usually good if it's before 8pm. Food is fine. The store is a bit dated. Could use a makeover.

Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix. The cappuccinos are always perfectly frothed, and the staff at the 411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY 10950, USA location makes me feel like a regular, even on my first visit.

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short of my expectations. The iced latte was bland, and the prices were steep for what they offered. I won't be returning anytime soon.
