Walked in was waiting to be help I had to say something to be acknowledged...when it was time to pay th boy just walk away didn't say anything had me waiting there....and the dounghts were hard As rocks

Nice friendly staff at this Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is usually good if it's before 8pm. Food is fine. The store is a bit dated. Could use a makeover.

Dunkin' Donuts is a hidden coffee gem in 411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY 10950, USA. I ordered a flat white, and it was like a little cup of heaven. The cozy seating and friendly staff make it a great spot to chill and people-watch. Will be back for sure!

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short. The iced latte was uninspiring, and the atmosphere was too chaotic. Not the coffee haven I expected.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but my visit to the 411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY 10950, USA location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
