I had a terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was lukewarm, and the staff seemed disinterested. I won't be back to the 933 W Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14615, USA location anytime soon.

I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience than Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was smooth and creamy, and the friendly barista made me feel right at home. It's my new coffee hideaway.
