Horribly trained staff. It was if as though everyone was working their third day and not quite sure what to do. I went in as the drive through looked long and I wasn't in a hurry (thankfully) nearly 16 minutes to place an order being 3rd in line....nobody ordered anything more than coffee and a sandwich.

The lady making the breakfast sandwiches was the only efficient than person behind the counter. Even the person posing as the manager would just stand there waiting for someone to do something, no leadership whatsoever. I'll go across the street to the west a half mile from now on down 104, and you should too.

Love the place, but you may need to ask that they not place your food in the bag... upside down. Especially with several orders of hashbrowns.

I was pretty disappointed the last time I went. My girlfriend being a diabetic wanted her morning coffee and needed splenda. They were out which is crazy because how can a coffee shop not have a constant order of the few key ingredients to make people's coffee. Sadly it also took them two tried to make the coffees as well. When asking for the unsweetened French Vanilla they always put the sweet one in the first time. If there were other choices I would end up going there but this being the only one I'm forced to survive.

This store always used to be good, friendly staff but lately the donuts are STALE and not much filling.

Don't really like their coffee, but as a last resort, I go. The pastries are OK.
