I was disappointed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts. The iced coffee was watered down, and the prices were unjustifiably high. They need to step up their game.

Dunkin' Donuts at Hess, 459 Spencerport Rd, Gates, NY 14606, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
