This place has nothing to lose when they serve horrible black coffee, they have a prime location for people in a hurry left without an option, why work on quality?

Strongly dislike the unprofessional and,rude staff....just wow get out of the customer service profession if you can't be nice. They won't be getting any more of my money. I drive out of my way to go to dunkin donuts in my morris because,they are put geneseo to shame

Pretty hasty when it comes to grabbing everything. Prices are not too bad either.

I once got a drink here that they made right after they'd cleaned the machine that tasted like bleach. :/

I visited Dunkin' Donuts with high expectations, but the coffee was disappointing. It lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. I won't be back.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was average, and the pastries were disappointing. I won't be recommending it.

Kudos to Dunkin' Donuts for their excellent service at 4310 Lakeville Rd, Geneseo, NY 14454, USA. The latte art was a masterpiece, and the barista's passion for coffee was evident in every cup. It's a spot that knows how to make you feel special.
