Slow and rude customer service, a staff full of immature kids yelling at each other about inappropriate personal conversations. They all seem to cool for there job while they slug around slowly filling orders. Give me a break, this place sucks

I wandered into Dunkin' Donuts at 873 Holt Rd, Webster, NY 14580, USA and ordered a cappuccino. It was decent, nothing to write home about. But the real star here is the ambiance – cozy, like your grandma's living room. If you're into nostalgia and coffee, this place is your jam.

Dunkin' Donuts needs a makeover. The furniture is worn out, and the espresso shots were bitter. Disappointing experience.
