If I could give this no stars, I would. First, I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive through. I wasn't notified they had no powerade or plain bagels until after I paid and I was picking up my order. I had to get cinnamon raisin bagels and orange juice instead. My bagels with cream cheese were burnt, there was next to no cream cheese on it at all it was so dry I could barely swallow it. On my drink, I requested and paid for whipped cream- I got no whipped. I received no napkins and no straws either. Unfriendly staff, horrible service. Don't go to this Dunkin and save yourself the trip.

Got in the drive-in at 7:58 pm. Was told they had no food because "we threw it all out cause we close in like 30 minutes"

STAY AWAY. The staff is a bunch of useless kids that don't care about your business. Had MANY bad experiences at this location. Skip the Carwash here as well.

Haven't had very good drive-thru experiences here. At least 25% of the orders have been messed up, requiring us to park the car and go in to get it fixed. There are other Dunkin Donuts in Greece that are better that we now prefer to go to.

I walked into Dunkin' Donuts at 2044 Latta Rd, Rochester, NY 14612, USA with low expectations, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Their cold brew was like a jolt of energy, and it hit the spot. The atmosphere felt like a cozy hideaway, with warm lighting and plush couches. The barista even threw in a coffee pun that left me grinning. If you're in the area, don't miss this hidden gem.

I was less than impressed with Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was average, and the atmosphere was lacking at the 2044 Latta Rd, Rochester, NY 14612, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

I had a rather underwhelming experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was passable, but nothing to write home about. The cafe's interior was outdated, and it could use a refresh. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I expected more from a place with such high ratings.

I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience than Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was smooth and creamy, and the friendly barista made me feel right at home. It's my new coffee hideaway.
