The cashier pocketed 4 dollars from me and wouldn’t give it back.

Needs stronger management. Thorough cleaning, flies everywhere even when helping a customer. If your in line watch the Glazed donuts the drain flies love to sit on them and FEAST. Store never opens on time. Top oven doesn't work, has to over cook all food in order to hand it out with in 2 minutes. Coolatta machine DISGUSTING. Only a few clean that very well and the Oasis is disgusting. Drains flies sit in the plastic and fly out where the ice comes from when they can. People touch the ice with their bare dirty hands. Ice buckets are disgusting and are dirty. Food sits in sandwich station longer than the expiration date over the weekend especially. Manager doesn't wear gloves when making cakes even licks her fingers if icing gets on it and resumes making cake. Some employees are frazzled and scared to hand coffee out when finished. I would opt out on this place all together. Or strictly buy Coller Beverages and Hashbrown. Also, ice coffee is made with a dirty white bucket that bagels defrost in and 5 day old coolatta mix goes into

Horrible service. Everyone is very unhappy to be there. And the "hot chocolate" machine is down. It's been down for months now. Need better management.

Do yourself a favor and do not get dunkin in Middletown. And if you do, don't order anything that involves more than 2 ingredients, because that's just a little too much for these guys.

I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts last week, hoping for a memorable coffee experience. While the coffee was decent, I couldn't help but notice the slow service. It took longer than expected to receive my order, which was a bit disappointing. However, the cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating made up for the wait.

Dunkin' Donuts at 1 Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941, USA is overrated. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the prices were through the roof. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I was unimpressed by Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 1 Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941, USA location. I won't be recommending it to anyone.
