Used to be great the new employees need some more training in how to treat customers and how to make the right drink

Hi. I love dunkin donuts in Penn Yan and go often . Today August 25th I went here and the supervisor or boss was nasty and was yelling at one employee. It was very unprofessional. When an employee asked them to take it into another room. They did go but the whole place could still hear everything. I think the employee was fired. But I think that supervisor should also be talked to. Thank you.

The coffee sucks. It never used to. Tastes like paint thinner now

Service is usually pretty fast. They haven't mesed up any of our orders in years. And the place is always very clean.

this dunkin is by far not perfect but they get my drink right every time and gave me a coffee on the house when i forgot my wallet one day

Judy and her staff are amazing. Everyone is SO personable and efficient. They really live up to the every-order-right promise. Top-notch team that manages to check all the boxes: friendly, genuine, quick, accurate. Best Dunkin in the Finger Lakes.

Excellent!! Server was very friendly, and verified my order because some of the coffee has specific directions. Donut selection racks were completely full, and everything looked very fresh.

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was a rollercoaster of emotions. The cappuccino was divine, but the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. I'd return for the coffee, but not for work.
