Love it there. They do fast food right. Space one person takes the order and another person feels the order and the line keeps moving.

If I could give this a 0 I would!! Terrible coffee ALWAYS taste burnt and it's to bad because workers are friendly

This is a very small DD, but they have everything on the menu. Great, friendly staff.

THEY ARE THE BEST! It's a very small location that can get very busy at times.. I work in the area so I frequent this location at least 1 time daily during the week... I have established a very good relationship with all the employees there and they are ALWAYS so respectful and genuine. I would drive out of my way and pay to park, just to go to this location b/c of how great the employees treat the customer. Due to my job, I do travel some times, so I go to many different Dunkin Donuts in the city of Rochester and outside of Rochester... this location is BY FAR THE BEST of the all. Each and every employee is respectful and they go out of their way to make sure the drink tastes right and they converse with their customers, which I believe is EXCELLENT customer service. All most all the Dunkin Donuts I go to... I order, they give me my drink and i'm out the door... this location takes the time to talk to people, get to know them and all while moving at fast pace. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for coffee in the Down Town Rochester area. I do like to support local businesses, but with the respect and kindness this location has shown me, I won't go anywhere else, and I will continue to go to this Dunkin Donuts while I'm in the Down Town area.

Fast service no parking, drive through or seating. Only open day hours for walk in and out.

Good place to grab a quick coffee or breakfast wrap while on the go. No seating. The adjacent parking lot is not free, even for quick stop ins.
