I come here a lot! The customer service here sucks!! They threw me and 2 friends out of the store because he wanted to clean the floor , he was screaming dirty Jews out!! And then he called the cops on us because we refused to leave. It’s a open 24h store ... how nasty is that?

Absolutely horrible. After overcharging me, the staff member at around 12:15 claimed I only gave him a certain amount but I was owed money back and got an attitude and refused to give me my change. what pieces of scum

Smh I was waiting n the line to order a breakfast sandwich this morning then when I look in the back because the manager was taking long to take my oder I saw him cutting a sandwich in the back for another customer with his barehand 😝😝 ( no gloves on) it's like he never had his food safety , he should know better then that even in rush hours u have to wash ur hand properly and put on a new clean gloves.

The worst coffee I ever had. They put hot water and mix it with a bit of milk and brown paint. Terrible.

Poor customer service especially from managers and shift supervisors. Have gotten attitude from them just for asking for a larger straw for my large iced coffee. I'm even owed for a green bagel twist the served me. Have never felt so disrespected.

I had a terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude. I won't be going back to the 1243 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224, USA location anytime soon.

Unfortunately, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was far from satisfying. The coffee had a bitter aftertaste, and the pastries tasted stale at the 1243 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224, USA location. I'd recommend exploring other options.
