I ordered online and when I arrived, my order wasn't made. According to the manager, I have to notify them through the drive through microphone that I made my online order and only then do they start to prepare it. This goes against the concept of online ordering. They blamed this on their system so they need to fix the system.

Ordered on the go and they told me to wait on the regular line, when I finally got up to the register then they took my order of the machine and made my coffees.
It just defeated the purpose for On The Go ordering, maybe they need some more employees.

Not bad. Would rather drink a different coffee that's why I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie which was very good.

This place has a fast and often busy drive thru and the service inside the restaurant is friendly and efficient. Been going here a long time. Its easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is usually a quiet place to take a break from your busy day.

Unsweet iced tea is yummy.
Staff is friendly & they keep the drive thru line moving.

75% of the times info there they do not make my coffee right and I have to go back and get it fixed.one time at night 1 person was working there and the place was dark and there was only one person in line in front of me and we waited a half and hour just to be served. I try to go to other dunkin donuts when I'm in that area.

I've been going here for 10+ years. If you're here too early on a weekend a 15 year old works the drive thru, avoid him. Otherwise never a bad experience.

The speed of service has improved. Very hospitable and polite..try it

They treat customers from other businesses poorly. Parking war on in lot. May be towing cars. Avoid this place.

The worst D&D EVER...there attitude is the worst n the food outcome is even worse...I will travel to a further one just not to deal with there crap...

I give them 4 stars for the freshness of their food. My food is always hot and super yummy. Whenever I go through the drive thru my order is always correct. No complaints besides the slowness
