Newer premises but, boy, they are slow. Came in at 5 pm. One guy working.

Saturday morning ...not enough crew members. All tables were dirty. Condiments station was not filled up. Asked for extra sugar in my coffee and the there was no sugar at all ...had to get up and ask for sugar twice and same thing for ketchup. They didn't prepare my drinks on time. This place is not clean.

The night shift are the F**king worst. Seriously your closed at 11 then why are the sitting down doing nothing and closing at 1015 seriously . ... They ruin it for the day shift crew.

Bad customer servive! Went there last night. They had no customers but all the tables where dirty. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they will clean it later. I order 2 iced coffees and they where terrible. I had to request that they remake it.

Christ on a broom stick my cat gives better customer service. The kid had his headphones in while taking my order, proceeded to text while my shake was ready to be taken out of the blender. He argued with his coworker over who had to make my shake. Ah to top it off the girl tried to tell me there was no oreo left when there clearly was. If it wasnt my nearest dunkin id say id never go back.

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 77 A Richmond Hill Rd, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA was a pleasant surprise. The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans embraced me. Their signature cappuccino was a work of art, with a rich, velvety texture that left me craving more. The café's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to unwind with a good book or enjoy quality time with friends. It's a hidden gem that I'll happily return to.

The coffee at Dunkin' Donuts was heavenly! The baristas truly understand their craft, and the 77 A Richmond Hill Rd, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA location had a charming, rustic appeal that I fell in love with. I can't wait to return for more.
