Very slow and always forget at least one thing I ordered.. Drive through is even slower then going on .

Huge fan of DD. Sometimes my order here is perfect; sometimes it's inedible - depends on who's working. Palmyra location, IMO, much more reliable. Recommend going inside to ensure order accuracy before you leave the premises.

Love DD coffee. The employees turn over a lot at this location though, so sometimes the order isn't right. I always go in the store rather than use the drive thru.

I stopped after along time of not going and was just amazed on the lack of variety of doughnuts and the amount of each to choose from. Its called dunkin donuts and there just didnt seem like the donut supply and varieties were that plentiful.

Barb does a great job training her crew! VERY RARLY is my order incorrect, and is fixed immediately if it is! If you want a perfect drink, made your way...THIS IS THE PLACE.

If you're local to this DD, it is the freshest tasting location. Well worth the stop, a credit to the franchise. The one in Palmyra has stale doughnut's no matter how early you get there.

Always a line. Needs more people to help out on line. People are friendly just not fast.

Coffee is excellent, sonuts good, but the breakfast sandwich I ordered had well done toast. It wasn't burnt, the toast was VERY hard. Almost unpleasant to eat. My order was to go, so I didn't realize until we were in the car and left the facility. Maybe it was a one time thing, but nothing worse than being hungry, getting something good to eat and being disappointed when you eat it.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but my visit to their location in 1231 NY-31, Macedon, NY 14502, USA left me disappointed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. Not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
