fast service, good staff quantity, but a lady yelled at me as soon as I walked in to tell me where the bathroom was.

The place is a horror show. Miserable service. And the traffic in and out is a free-for-all. Avoid it like the plague. Go to Stewarts a little farther into town - or one of the local bakeries

This Dunkin Donuts is connected to a gas station and convenience store. It is also a drive thru. It is small and has no place for one to eat...so order and take out. Although small, the service was quite efficient and the workers were friendly.

They get people in and out very quickly, my food and coffee are always perfect. For those complaining of botched orders, just bring it back to them and they'll fix it. I've taken a couple of orders back long after leaving and realizing it wasn't right and they have always corrected it without question. Great staff!

Incompetent!! My husband wanted to surprise me with a large iced tea this morning. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to get it for me while we were on vacation. Ordered a large iced tea with lemon, but thought it looked darker than usual when he got it. Specifically asked the person at the drive through window - this looks darker than usual, are you SURE it's iced tea??? Person at the window assured him - yes, that's just what out iced tea looks like. So he accepted that (he doesn't like iced tea, so didn't taste it), and drove it 20 min back to surprise me. Well, the surprise was that it was iced coffee...with 3 lemon wedges in it!! Not quite the surprise he had in mind. I understand that mistakes can be made, but if asked, you should at least take a glance at the drink you are serving...it didn't look like iced tea at all.

Closed two days in a row before posted hours despite saying they'd stay open. On the second day, the woman at the gas station said someone had called in sick, but I heard the girl working there behind the counter talking on her cell quietly saying she had to whisper because there was someone at the counter! It was kind of funny but also unfortunate because it was the only coffee shop around and I left there fully decaffeinated! Twice!

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was rather disappointing. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the 3624 U.S. 9, Lake George, NY 12845, USA location left much to be desired. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
