There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being.
P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.

Visit here 3-4 times a week. Love the coffee. Great employees

Usually difficult to get in and out of. Traffic bad and no left turn out of parking lot.

Okay, so I ventured into Dunkin' Donuts on a whim, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The iced Americano was strong, just the way I like it. The décor was simple but had this rustic charm that I couldn't resist. Will definitely become a regular here!

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it fell short. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.
