There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being.
P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.

Visit here 3-4 times a week. Love the coffee. Great employees

Usually difficult to get in and out of. Traffic bad and no left turn out of parking lot.

I expected more from Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee at 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA was mediocre, and the pastries were uninspiring. Given the hype surrounding Dunkin' Donuts, I was let down by the coffee's lack of depth and the unremarkable pastries.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

Dunkin' Donuts is a coffee lover's dream come true. The pour-over coffee was a revelation, and the staff's knowledge of beans is impressive. It's my new coffee pilgrimage spot.
