There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being.
P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.

I was less than impressed with Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
