There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being.
P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.

Usually difficult to get in and out of. Traffic bad and no left turn out of parking lot.

Wow, Dunkin' Donuts in 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA is the bomb! I mean, seriously, I've never had coffee this good. I tried their vanilla latte, and it was like a warm, sweet hug for my taste buds. The atmosphere is super chill, too. It's the kind of place where you can plop down on a comfy couch, sip your coffee, and pretend you're in your own little coffee oasis. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I dropped by Dunkin' Donuts in 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA and had their iced coffee. It was like a refreshing slap in the face – in a good way! The staff was friendly, and the place had a chill, indie vibe. It's a cool spot to caffeinate and people-watch.

Let me spill the coffee beans about Dunkin' Donuts in 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA. I was stoked to try their iced coffee, but it tasted more like watered-down disappointment. And don't get me started on the service; it was slower than a sloth on a Sunday. Not sure if I'll be back, folks.
