There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being.
P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.

Usually difficult to get in and out of. Traffic bad and no left turn out of parking lot.

I was underwhelmed by Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 816-818 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of magical. The barista's expertise shone through, and the Ethiopian single-origin I tried had a complexity of flavors that amazed me. The serene setting added to the enchantment.
