The staff is very friendly. The inside of it is nice and clean. I would avoid the drive-thru because it's usually packed. It's quicker to order inside.

Beautiful brand new building interior is amazing and comfortable the only problem I have is it seems that the larger the building and the more employees the slower the service. I get the same quality coffee and donuts from Dunkin' Donuts built into a gas station with two employees faster than I do from a large Dunkin' Donuts

Several times I've ordered using the super-convenient Dunkin App, and every time they've made my coffee wrong. One time, my girlfriend ordered a decaf coffee, asked the clerk if it was decaf (frequently it is not, and often the cup isn't marked). He said it was, said he made the coffee himself. It was iced tea. This location makes the whole brand look bad, I've taken my business to other local Dunkins instead

Had a great breaakfast with a geat friend. Staff very friendly. Place extremely clean. Not like other d.d. shops. Also the atmosphere is great and very different. Also they have items on menu are different than most...all types of new selections,,enjoyed the tv also....eilren. and georgia

Go up the road, this place has horrible customer service and very nasty employees! I wouldn't come back here if it was the Dunkin on earth!

I'm honestly not the biggest fan of their donuts, but this Dunkin' Donuts is very clean and has a nice open dining area ( nobody really dines at dunking but you know what I mean) complete with fireplace, nice chairs and adequate wifi coverage. The donut was good for a Dunkin'.

I ordered a chai latte and caramel macchiatto today and the chai latte was basically just hot milk with no flavor, the macchiatto was barely 3/4 full and had absolutely no flavor or sweetener in it. I called the store for a refund and not only did they refund the money, but the manager was completely understanding/apologetic and gave me a free large Chai latte and caramel macchiatto and it was very delicious! Perfect, just the way I like it. I think that they handled this situation the best way possible, and I wish every business was this professional and accommodating! Thanks gillian (I think that's her name) for the wonderful service :)

Secound time trying this location because of the drive Thur, secound time ordering a toasted sausage egg and cheese and every time they badly over toast the croissant. Burnt to the point you cannot taste the sausage, just taste burnt bread. I recommend the dunkin down the road across the McDonald's just a new blocks north. Never had a issue there.

Clean new store. Access from route 9 in either direction is helped by the store having it's own stop light.
