Went to this Dunkin Donuts a while ago and the manager was talking disrespectfully about one of her employees to all of the employees there! That isn't professional and she should be fired!

To be honest it's hit or miss here. Some days the service is spot on, others not so much. Staff is friendly. Prices are normal for Dunkin Donuts.

Service is terrible. Parking lot is just as bad. Management needs to work on this place.

Standard Dunkin! Prefer McDonald's coffee for the price. The donuts are always good.

Fast service but they never get your order right and twice I've gotten cold coffee.

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, quite literally. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the staff at the 3 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522, USA location seemed disinterested. I won't be back anytime soon.

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts was a revelation. The flat white was a masterpiece, with a velvety microfoam that melted in my mouth. The minimalist decor and tranquil vibes made it an ideal spot for introspection.
