Went to this Dunkin Donuts a while ago and the manager was talking disrespectfully about one of her employees to all of the employees there! That isn't professional and she should be fired!

To be honest it's hit or miss here. Some days the service is spot on, others not so much. Staff is friendly. Prices are normal for Dunkin Donuts.

Service is terrible. Parking lot is just as bad. Management needs to work on this place.

Standard Dunkin! Prefer McDonald's coffee for the price. The donuts are always good.

Fast service but they never get your order right and twice I've gotten cold coffee.

If you're passionate about coffee, don't miss Dunkin' Donuts. Their single-origin beans are a game-changer, and the baristas are true experts. The 3 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522, USA location is a coffee lover's paradise.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but my experience at the 3 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522, USA location was far from satisfactory. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow. I won't be returning anytime soon.
