Went to this Dunkin Donuts a while ago and the manager was talking disrespectfully about one of her employees to all of the employees there! That isn't professional and she should be fired!

To be honest it's hit or miss here. Some days the service is spot on, others not so much. Staff is friendly. Prices are normal for Dunkin Donuts.

Service is terrible. Parking lot is just as bad. Management needs to work on this place.

Standard Dunkin! Prefer McDonald's coffee for the price. The donuts are always good.

Fast service but they never get your order right and twice I've gotten cold coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints! The coffee is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly. The 3 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522, USA location is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix.

The pour-over coffee I enjoyed was meticulously prepared, and the flavor notes were a delight to explore. The café's modern décor and welcoming ambiance make it a standout among coffee spots. I'll be returning for sure.
