The workers are fast and neat. They welcomed me each morning with a greeting and a smile. They were very personable. Coffee was fresh and hot, and the bacon egg & cheese on a bagel was done just right.

They are nice people. But they have an issue of getting orders correct. I order a green tea and get a black tea. my brother on the other hand is amazing at it. I get people complimenting me thinking I'm him. I'm done with this Dunkin donuts.

The staff is outstanding ! They are personal , considerate and overall hard workers .... Minus G'Quan he is filth !

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was a rollercoaster ride. The coffee was great, but the service was slow. It's worth a visit if you have the time to spare.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 310 Main St, Highland Falls, NY 10928, USA was a delightful experience. The barista's expertise shone through in the perfectly brewed pour-over coffee. The beans they used were of top-notch quality, and I could taste the unique flavor notes with every sip. I appreciate a place that takes coffee seriously, and this one certainly does.
