This is the worst run Dunkin I have ever been to. It's a daily task to get in and out, always under staffed amd noone ever seems to work with any urgency even when the line for drive up is around the building and inside line out the door. Normal wait time for a coffee is 10-15 minutes which is totally unacxeptable. In addition, most Dunkin fRanchos es I have been to have the franchise owners name and contact clearly indixated, not this one so I assume they don't care. I'll go to Washingtonville where they do work with urgent y when needed and they do have franchise owner name prominently displayed.

Well I'm a big Dunkin Donuts fan what I've noticed here is that whenever you get a hot coffee drink the coffee doesn't seem as fresh and I think it's because they used carafes instead of the traditional glass pots. Many times they don't have a good selection of donuts so when it comes to Dunkin Donuts just one is convenient near my home but not my favorite location

I frequent this Dunkin' Donuts, almost every week day since it's on my way to work, and every time something in my order is wrong. My normal order is a Large Hot coffee with skim, and a bagel (toasted with butter on the side) with hashbrowns. Simple enough for a coffee restaurant. On three separate occasions, my order has been wrong with my bagel. The first occasion, I received my bag with just a sliced bagel in it, no butter, no knife, no hashbrowns. I hadn't realized this until I was already at my desk at work, which put a damper on my morning. The second time, there was butter ON the bagel, not on the side. Today, I decided to check the bag before I got to work, and there's no butter. I kindly ask the lady at the window if I could have butter since there's none in the bag, and she comes back with one butter. I question this, and she says "she SAID she put butter IN THE BAG". I will not use this dunkin' donuts, even if I have to leave earlier and drive out of my way. Ridiculous.

The new manager is awesome she doing all she can to turn things around from the previous manager

I love Dunkin' but this is the WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVERY BEEN TO. It is closest to my house but the 5-6 times I have gone there, EVERYTIME there's been a screw up and of course, never a manager to be found when I asked. I will drive the 5 miles to the next location just so I can get a correct and fresh order. I will never stop at this Dunkin Donuts again.

I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
