I wouldn't hire this staff to even sweep my floors, while i was the only customer inside, I had waited a half hour for 3 items, there was no empathy for the mistake that was made. After I addressed the issue very calmly and rejected compensation, I was brought the remainder of my items in a very brash manner and with no further acknowledgement of the mistake or even a "sorry". This really bothers me since while I was waiting for my items, the entire staff was standing around chit chatting and gossiping without any regard for their customers or the professional environment they're apart of as employees. I wish there was actually somebody with some competency I could've spoken with. Nonetheless, would not recommend this location because their staff has no idea how to truly service their customers and/or act professionally.

Got 4 hashbrowns and english muffin was cold and not toasted. This dd is always terrible very poorly run

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' Donuts during a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. Nestled in 3249 Union St, North Chili, NY 14514, USA, this coffee shop offers a unique coffee experience. The iced mocha I ordered was a delightful combination of chocolate and espresso, and the latte art was a visual treat. The café's cozy seating and friendly service create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a coffee spot I won't soon forget.

Dunkin' Donuts at 3249 Union St, North Chili, NY 14514, USA has earned a special place in my heart. Their pour-over coffee is a masterpiece, and the staff's warmth and hospitality make it feel like a second home. I could spend hours there, savoring the coffee and soaking in the atmosphere.
