Very unprofessional. They rush you from order until you recieve your items... I dont know how there still open

My favorite Dunkin! The know their customers, sometimes my coffee is already made when I walk in the door, thanks to my favorite staff anywhere!!

on Aug 3rd i walked into this restaurant to find no one at the counter to take my order. Then this girl walks up behind the counter and asks "yeah, what did you want" with a very nasty attitude. My first response was huh? did she think I already ordered? so I explained that I had just walked up and hadn't ordered yet. Her nasty response was, "yea I know"! I then stated that "her rudeness had me speechless", another young woman walked up, who the first snarled at. I spoke to the second gal ordering a tuna croissant and coffee. the first says, her register doesn't work, and punched in my order and went to prepare it. Needless to say I threw it out, not knowing if the first young "lady" spit on my food. I can not believe the rudeness. as a side note, I have called the store only to find there is no manager on site.

Dunkin is always consistent wherever you are but this one has very fast and friendly service.

I was disappointed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was too weak, and the service was indifferent. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Dunkin' Donuts during a weekend getaway, and it left a lasting impression. Nestled in 255 Meadow Dr, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, USA, this coffee shop offers more than just exceptional brews. The pour-over coffee I savored was meticulously prepared, with captivating flavor notes that left me in awe. The café's modern décor and welcoming ambiance set it apart from the rest. I'll definitely be returning.
