Dunkin' Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is located in the middle of a lot of near by hotels and the Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls. We would stop here often to get coffee and donuts to prepare our day of some serious shopping. What a great way to start your day and to get the juices going. And of course the donuts, coffee and sandwiches are wonderful and tasty.

The staff were messy with making coffees. My small coffee had liquid down the side of the cup. The service was quick and friendly. A bit over priced for it's location

After change in ownership the quality of the products have gone completely down hill. I've made 5 attempts in the last few months to get coffee here and it is the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Gas station coffee tastes better and Dunkin coffee used to be my choice over the local Tim Hortons and Starbucks across the street. Go somewhere else to get your caffeine fix

I always get fresh tempered orders in whatever is served here. My orders are filled quicky as well.

Easy parking, nice big eating area. But don't expect a quick trip. Orders are slow to be filled and the staff is grumpy and seemingly annoyed by the presence of customers.

Was good enough of a DD location. Gets the job done with breakfast before heading out to see the Falls

Very nice coffee place around here. Store is very nice and clean. Employees are very friendly. Rezaul alam is very good person.

Love Dunks. Always stop when we cross the border. Always a different selection of donuts you can't get at a Tim Hortons and better coffee. Saying that might cost me my Canadian citizenship. Don't tell anyone.....

It was a friendly atmosphere with efficient service. They make the DD coffee superb and would drive an hour to get a cup.

I stop here in the morning on my way to work. The line ids usually out fast through the drive through and is usually less than 5 minutes regardless of the day. My order is always correct, can't ask for much more from a drive through.

Walk in 2 people in line 14 minutes pass place order 10 min pass got my food . to many bugs flying around . stay away be aware

Nice location, very slow service and under staffed. A few more employees would make it a much better stop. Very friendly staff.

I love dunkin donuts, but this is by far the worst location. Horrible staff. Apparently it takes not 1 but 3 people to take and mess up your order completely. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next location.
