They're donuts are bigger than Tim Hortons. They have a wider variety of menu options and their mocha latte is sweeter than Tims, but they way fewer locations.

I go out of my way to avoid Tim Hortons. Dunkin is King. Dunkin is life. Served me coffee that didn't taste like water and a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel that had more than poppyseeds on it.

I have no problems with them. I always go early or late for a coffee.

This is by far the worst DD in NYS. Hear me out- this DD is right down my street. I stop there nearly 3 times per week to grab a bite or coffee before work. Before work sometimes means 7am, sometimes it means 12pm, sometimes it's 7pm. Regardless of the hour, the time in which it takes to get my order (a medium black coffee and a breakfast sandwich) is asinine. I can be the only car in line with no others in the parking lot and still wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru. I don't know if they're hatching the eggs, raising the dough, and slaughtering the turkey inside, but I'd be better off running into Tops down the road, buying a Jimmy Dean breakfast box, driving back home and microwaving it in the time it takes this crew to assemble a sandwich. The customer service is friendly enough if you shout very slowly, very loudly into the speaker, but most of the time the order is still wrong when you get to the window. If I had 15 more minutes to spare asking for a new sandwich, I might as well have just cooked it myself.

Great service. I drive out of my way because the employees are quick, friendly and helpful.

Not as good as Tim Hortons in my opinion but its still a good place to get breakfast in a rush

Walked into place first time, everytable dirty, floors filthy, sat there for two hours talking with friend, never came out to wipe off tables or clean floor. Wasnt busy so thats not an excuse.
Papers hangin from where they took donuts, the liners hanging from racks. Appearance all around horrible..wont ever come here again!!

I bought coffee their this morning October 3rd worst coffee I ever tasted. Had to throw it away.

Dunkachino is good. But I'd prefer Tim Hortons
