Service is kinda slow compared to Tim Hortons. The drinks and donuts are quite good though

I walked in and asked the first employee i could see ," what is the Dunken Donuts version of an ice cappuccino?¿". She responded quickly amd explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She was friendly and funny. The restaurant itself is clean, latge for a coffee shop, and had good window seat views of North Buffalo. What more could you want from a coffee shop?

Now I love dunkin!! I go here just about everyday before work. Or while I'm on my break. Very polite. Always have what I want, the best hash browns N frozen coffee! N best of all there fast. So if your in a rush. U can still make it there n get to where u gotta go!

I always have a fantastic experience at this location. The place is clean, employees are pleasant, and it's usually quiet.

Delicious Fruited Tea
I had the Blackberry with Strawberries Fruited Tea, it was perfect, not too sweet. This Dunkins location is always clean, staff is friendly and courteous.

Not a Dunkin Donuts fan. Small selection of donuts. This location gets orders messed up frquently. Just not overally satisfied with their coffee products

STILL OPEN , the review below is just wrong, the dunkin donuts is still open and still serving their award winning donuts! they had a wide selection but I think they were missing a few types of donuts.

CLOSED and with good reason...the service was the absolute worst service. Orders always wrong, workers didn't understand how to do things and almost everyone who worked there seemed like they were in some kind of community rehab. I watched one cashier leave her entire cash drawer at a table and go help people! Just left the money sitting there. Others would just stand and stare at directions of how to make things and when the order was wrong or took forever, never an apology or even comprehension that anything was out of the ordinary. The entire staff had issues. Many Dunkin Donuts is the WNY area have closed recently, but even if they had not, this location's closing was inevitable.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts during my stay in 2340 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14216, USA, and I can't stop raving about their iced coffee. It was strong, refreshing, and exactly what I needed on a hot day.
