Dunkin' Donuts

I go to this Dunkin all the time and they can never get my order right. The employees are so nice in the window but they literally can't figure the screens out in there or something - my receipt is always correct, but my order is always wrong. Earlier this week I ordered an iced macchiato and got a hot one, and today a bagel with cream cheese and got a bagel with butter - a throw away for me. Which means I am paying for something youre not giving me. Make sure you check your orders!! Apparently people should have to fully unwrap their stuff to make sure its correct before pulling away, which is probably why the drive thrus take so long.

Still waiting in the D/T with a 5 car stack for 25 minutes. These places are designed for high turnover; something is seriously wrong with management.

Terrible service. I sat at the ordering post for 10 minutes and was told 3 times they were very busy.. After 15, I pulled away... To see ONE person ahead of me and a completely EMPTY store. You guys are TERRIBLE!!!!

Slowest fast food EVERRRRR! Employee said they take longer because "a lot of people order food" ...okay but it's "fast food" so shouldn't you be able to handle it? Isn't that the job?

I try not to go here anymore unless I absolutely have to. My order is almost always wrong, drive-thru takes ATLEAST 15 minutes in the morning (while there's 5 people working and no customers inside), and they don't give you napkins unless you ask for them. I went inside a couple nights ago to order a sandwich and the girl working actually had her cell phone up to her ear, laughing, while taking my order. The attitude you get from the employees here when you point out that something was wrong is horrible. And the "manager" has an "I don't care" attitude as well. I now drive out of my way to a different location just so I don't need to deal with these people, and several of my co-workers do the same. I suggest you do as well to save yourself the frustration.

Asked for a one and one. Got a light and sweet, had them re make it. Got back on the highway and it was still wrong. Beyond angry, would take me longer to go back (in rush hour) than to just go home.

The atmosphere at Dunkin' Donuts is unmatched. The cozy nooks and dim lighting make it the perfect place for a romantic coffee date. The latte art is a conversation starter in itself.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 68 US Highway 9 West, Glenmont, NY 12077, USA. The barista's knowledge about different coffee beans and brewing methods was astounding. I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. The bright and fruity notes of the coffee danced on my taste buds, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making.

Dunkin' Donuts exceeded my expectations. The mocha was divine, and the staff's warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a regular customer, even on my first visit.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but my visit to the 68 US Highway 9 West, Glenmont, NY 12077, USA location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
