I honestly don't have that much to say about this location. I've been going there for about 6 or 7 years, and I don't really have any complaints. I like the outcome of the expansion/renovation project the store recently undergone.

The service at the Holbrook location today was absolutely horrible, ordered my food and coffee and nobody made my food for at least 10 minutes. People who were behind me were getting their food and they were asking me what I was waiting for??? Then they finally hand me my order and it's not complete and the had to give the guy my order for the third time. Very frustrating when I'm on a short break from work.

A small, quick serve D & D. Coffee very good, not over roasted, doughnuts vary from fair, with a few being well done- like Apple cinnamon filled.

Let's see the service is terribly slow. They messed up my order never gave me a recipt don't answer the phone. I wish the corporate office would visit

Dunkin' Donuts at 411 Furrows Rd, Holbrook, NY 11741, USA knows how to make a mean mocha. The rich chocolatey goodness combined with the espresso is pure bliss for any coffee lover.

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was a rollercoaster of emotions. The cappuccino was divine, but the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. I'd return for the coffee, but not for work.

Dunkin' Donuts consistently exceeds my expectations! The coffee is consistently fantastic, and the staff is always friendly. The 411 Furrows Rd, Holbrook, NY 11741, USA location is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix.
