Just ordered coffee with French Vanilla and 2 creamers, 10 munchkins, and an Almond joy hot cocoa and the gal screwed up 2 of the 3 things! Restrooms were clean and coffee hot, donuts fresh.

Ordered a hot chocolate got all the way home and it was coffee, called the store and they pretty much accused us of lying and they want $15 a hour for a $5 effort, pathetic.

I was there on a Saturday morning and was under-staffed. The cashier was working hard between serving the drive thru and the counter customers.

It was horrible. Didn't have the items we wanted. Tried to over charge me. Extremely slow. The entire place is a train wreck from start to finish.

Dunkin' Donuts is where I go to recharge. The cappuccino is a masterpiece, and the welcoming staff make you feel like family. It's my sanctuary.
