This place is a hit or miss to be honest and twice already my order was messed up. The staff are nice but there is communication issues I believe. Also the pictures of "inside" are not from this DD so don't to be mislead. These pictures are from the DD inside the mall not this location. People need to start learning how to post pictures correctly.

Let's talk about Dunkin' Donuts in 2795 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA. Their flat white was an absolute delight, and I'm usually not easily impressed. The café has a modern, Instagram-worthy aesthetic, and the barista was like a coffee wizard, casting spells on my taste buds. Seriously, give it a shot.

Dunkin' Donuts on 2795 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders. So, Dunkin' Donuts at 2795 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA is where I ended up today. Their mocha was pretty decent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, enjoy your coffee, and not worry about a thing.
