They are always nice and kind Even if sometimes coustomers treat them bad they always have a smile on their face.

Will not be going back. Realized same employee who prepared bagels also worked register with same latex gloves on. Not friendly . Little English. What's going on with these establishments.

Horrible location including their drive thru location in Centereach never have a big selection staff is slow dont speak english well but dont be at counter to take orders i live close only for convenience but after this weekend and the experience i had will never go to this location you have lost a good customer.

When I've placed my coffee order I'm not heard.2 and a half sugars lite with milk. I get almost blk tasted like almost no sugar was added. I've worked filling coffee orders, if you listen to the order and make it that way it doesn't get returned.

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts in 2815 Middle Country Rd, Lake Grove, NY 11755, USA, but it didn't live up to the hype. The latte was bland, and the service was slow. I expected more from a coffee shop with such great reviews.
