I ordered some donuts & when I got home they were steal so I decided to call the store , I called the manager and told him that they were steal , and he starts to argue with me telling me the donuts are "SOFT" . Also they gave me my donuts with no-holes & in a box . I was disrespected and unfairly treated as a payed customer . Also a couple of months ago as I was getting my daughter a water for volleyball from the store next door I saw the manager & an employee cussing and calling a homeless women out of her name . It was disgusting to experience this type of cruelty . I felt deeply pity. This Dunkin' Donuts needs a new manager NOW.

I love the varieties of donuts that they have... parking is small.

4 months ago I went to this dunkin gave it 5 stars. Today I am taking my stars back. I was disrespected,cussed at by the store manager infront my 10yrs old daughter. My receipt said 2:20pm I was asked to leave at 2:35pm because I was told 20 minutes limit. Yet still there were other patrons over 20 minutes. They were in shock by the store manager reaction. It was appalling. I felt threatened. He was overly savage. My daughter is still talking about it 8 hours later...she was traumatized. THAT IS NOT HOW A PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED.

I was disappointed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts. The iced coffee was watered down, and the prices were unjustifiably high. They need to step up their game.

I had the pleasure of sipping on some coffee at Dunkin' Donuts today. Nestled in 389 Atlantic Ave #391, Freeport, NY 11520, USA, it's a quaint coffee joint with a chill vibe. The iced coffee I ordered was refreshing, and the staff were friendly. If you're in the area, give it a shot.

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was less than stellar. The coffee was average, and the tables were sticky. Not worth the visit.

Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints! The coffee is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly. The 389 Atlantic Ave #391, Freeport, NY 11520, USA location is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix.

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts, but it left me disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.
