The cashier Megan knows exactly how i like order and does it perfectly every time. I however am giving this a 3 - star because of a manager named Mindy was slurring her words and possibly intoxicated when I entered the establishment, she was very irritable. Besides her, the staff is amazing and would recommend anyone to stop by to enjoy a fresh coffee.

Stopped at 9:10 pm on Tuesday 11/14/17. Walked into the store and stood at the counter....for 15 minutes. Employee was socializing with friends at drive-in window. I said "hello" twice, no response. Stood there until 9:25 pm, then just gave up and went elsewhere. If employees are going to spend a great deal of time socializing with friends through the drive-in window, you'd think they'd at least put a buzzer or bell on the door to alert them that they may have a paying customer.
Next time, I'll just go elsewhere first and not waste my time.

Drive though is efficient, and I like how easy it is to get in and out of.

I ordered a decaf iced coffee with liquid sugar. I specifically asked for liquid sugar. The gave me granulated. So I asked for it to be corrected. They added a lot of liquid sugar IN THE SAME CUP and handed it back to me. Not happy will go down the road do another Dunkin(they were not busy at all).

VERY inconsistent. As someone who has been coming here for over a year, almost everyday, I don't expect the service to always be good, but this is just ridiculous. On certain days the service is wonderful and the order is correct, but every other day the order is always wrong. Workers seem to be distracted, and aren't focusing on their work. Will not be coming back to this one.

I usually use the drive thru that no matter how long the line is goes very quick they make my coffee perfectly everytime and usually have a everything I order. It is much slower to go inside.

Dunkin' Donuts was a disappointment. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I hope they work on improving their offerings.
