They supposed to open at 5...there now opening doors at 512..bad service...like i come to donkin dounuts every day. I was standing out side the door sence 450..waiting they didn't open door tell 516..my bus coming no coffee..thats crazy

Alright, seems at times the employees are too busy amongst themselves, even if it is not busy at the store itself

Worst service and attitude I've ever experienced. We were told the bathroom couldn't be unlocked for our use, but a customer after us was given the key. Apparently, I didn't look right to the lazy workers!!!

It has never been a great experience at this location. The Franchise Owner should consider hiring a more friendlier staff.

Just went through the drive through. Asked for 2 donuts, didn't have any donuts. Donut is in your name, why are you out of a simple glazed donut. Asked for a coolata and the machine was down. Ordered an iced coffee and I received a coffee. Munchkins are stale and they didnt even have a 50 count, only a 25. They're losing money due to the awful service.

Only went to this location once but the woman who took our order was very friendly wish I would have gotten her name to be able to add it to the review.
