Never had a experience like this the manager gave me great service because they did not have a lot of thing she said just because we mess up why should the customer pay she gave me a great discount the is great business person give her a rise

Haven't gone to Dunkin in awhile, went there this morning @ 6:00am music blasting to where you cant even talk, guy behind counter was more interested in singing his dam song and picking up his pants every 2 minutes since they were below his ass! Worst experience ever! You know people want coffee and a quite experience not to see a thug looking person behind counter blasting music with pants hanging off his body! WRONG WRONG WRONG!!

Was good here but not anymore the staff don't know what they are doing every thing is slow ice cream always is melted and missing flavours and tables are not always clean

This is probably the best I can Dunkin Donuts I've ever been in. It's because the atmosphere, friendly staff and the Merrick community.
