Don't bother coming in here, they are very slow (especially the drive through) and they always screw your order.

I have received horrible service here multiple times, but this last time takes the cake. I ordered a croissant SANDWICH thru the drive thru, in a rush didn't check my bag..when I got to work I opened my bag to see i received a DONUT. When you call the number no one answers and it doesn't even sound like a business phone line, after work i brought the donut back and asked for my money and they refused to give me my money back. I will never go here again, one time the cashier at the window didn't give my all my change. Was she going to pocket my money?! They are rude and incompetent they have no idea what good costumer service is !!!!

The lady who took my order on drive through sounded very nice but it was the worst product service I've ever gotten. The coffee wasn't stirred at all and over filled, dropped in my car and never got my hashbrowns.

Idk how dunkin donuts is so popular. it's so inconsistent and it's expensive to be getting watered down coffee

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It's not the kind of place where you can grab a quick coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts was a major letdown. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.
