Don't bother coming in here, they are very slow (especially the drive through) and they always screw your order.

I have received horrible service here multiple times, but this last time takes the cake. I ordered a croissant SANDWICH thru the drive thru, in a rush didn't check my bag..when I got to work I opened my bag to see i received a DONUT. When you call the number no one answers and it doesn't even sound like a business phone line, after work i brought the donut back and asked for my money and they refused to give me my money back. I will never go here again, one time the cashier at the window didn't give my all my change. Was she going to pocket my money?! They are rude and incompetent they have no idea what good costumer service is !!!!

The lady who took my order on drive through sounded very nice but it was the worst product service I've ever gotten. The coffee wasn't stirred at all and over filled, dropped in my car and never got my hashbrowns.

Idk how dunkin donuts is so popular. it's so inconsistent and it's expensive to be getting watered down coffee

I can't get enough of Dunkin' Donuts! The espresso shots are the real deal, and the barista's extensive knowledge is truly impressive. It's a coffee nerd's dream come true.

I walked into Dunkin' Donuts at 318 19th St, Watervliet, NY 12189, USA with low expectations, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Their espresso was like a caffeinated symphony in my mouth. The atmosphere felt like a warm hug on a chilly day, and the baristas were as friendly as your next-door neighbor. If you're in the area, don't miss this hidden gem.

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was mediocre, and the prices were steep. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but it didn't live up to the hype. The iced coffee was watery, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.
