In Line at 5:55, 3 people in front of me, I was told that they were not going to be able to take my order since they close at 6. All I needed was a basic cup of coffe before driving back hine for a few hours. The guy did not care at all. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Very unsatisfied. I had ordered a glazed donut and a medium caramel latte. The guy at the cashier was extremely nice. When given my latte, the lady was very unkind. I took my latte and it felt light, so i had looked in it to see the cup half full. I informed the cashier as he wondered why i was standing in the line again. The same lady that first made it was standing next to him and was very mean about it. She grabbed the cup out of my hands and looked in it. She then begin remaking it. I understand that it may take a little while but after 5 minutes i was still standing there. When given my latte i had thanked the girl because she remade it, when i thanked her she was very rude and said "ya". Will not be going back there if this is how things are done

Decent donuts and survivable coffee this place is OK if you are already there, but it's not worth a trip all the way across the mall to get it.

It was my first trip to Destiny and we arrived before the stores opened. Stopped at Dunkin for some breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they sell cold brew coffee - so refreshing on a hot day. My boyfriend spilled most of the coffee immediately upon receiving it. One of the Dunkin's employees noticed and, without prompting, made us a new one!
The pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious.

Dunkin' Donuts has won my heart. The flat white is a masterpiece, and the serene garden seating makes it an ideal spot for quiet contemplation. I'll be a regular here.

Dunkin' Donuts is the place to be for coffee enthusiasts. The baristas are true artisans, and their latte art is a masterpiece. The cozy seating area makes it a perfect spot for catching up with friends.

Dunkin' Donuts left me with a bitter aftertaste. The cappuccino was too strong for my liking, and the pastry selection was limited. Not the coffee paradise I was hoping for.
