They always get my.order wrong. How does 1 glazed donut and a small black coffee end up to be 4 coffees and 4 sandwiches..lol

I ordered a hot green tea with lemon. First cup they gave me was black tea. Second cup was black tea with cream. I sent it back again. Third cup was green tea with cream. I sent that back. Fourth cup was finally a large green tea but they only gave me one tea bag. I asked them why do they only give one tea bag for a large when every other Dunkin Donuts gives two tea bags. The man said that his manager said to only give one. Needless to say, I will NOT spend my money there anymore.

Seem to have a staffing change recently and the service and quality have been impacted. Wait times are longer (only serve 1 car at a time in the drive-thru) and my orders have been consistently wrong.

Won't be going back for a long time. I prefer not to waste money on beverages that, when I get to work, I discover have 5x the amount of calories that I intended.

A little bit of poor service you had to wait in line they would taking care of the window people first so they need to either hire more people to work there or one needs to work the window and one stay on the counter.

Having run a Dunk, actually 3, I was not pleased with my overall experience. I walked in to order, it was apparent there was no follow through with the shift plan. There were 6 crew members and 1 blue shirt. Shift plans work and work would have gone smoothly, poor SLA for that morning 😕

I had a rather underwhelming experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was passable, but nothing to write home about. The cafe's interior was outdated, and it could use a refresh. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I expected more from a place with such high ratings.

Dunkin' Donuts is a coffee oasis tucked away in 186 Wolf Rd, Colonie, NY 12205, USA. The latte art they create is nothing short of mesmerizing, and the baristas are true coffee artists. I highly recommend their caramel macchiato – it's a work of art!

Dunkin' Donuts needs a makeover. The furniture is worn out, and the espresso shots were bitter. Disappointing experience.
