Terrible quality. Something is always wrong when I order here. They’re either incompetent or just lazy. I hate this store. I hate wasting my money on burnt (completely black) bagels and half empty drinks (that are constantly prepared incorrectly).

Food and drink just like any other Dunkin Donuts. Lots of room inside, but a little dangerous to enter or leave on foot. You have to pass the drive through lane.

I lov dunkin But this dunkin has Horrible Ice Coffee... and I use to go there every day. Hot coffee is fine.. and just today two friends from the Philadelphia area went to this Dunkin got iced coffee and threw them both out !! "just saying"

My wife ordered an apple cider. Two minutes later they realized they didn't have apple cider. It took 3 employees 5 minutes to argue about it and confirm they do not have cider. When she asked for her money back, another worker , in a very demeaning voice, said "why?!?" (Because we didn't get the cider we paid for maybe??) After a few more minutes she got her money back and we ate our cold sandwiches. Cheese wasn't even melted. Never offered anything else to drink, or anything for the inconvenience or waste of our time. Staff was rude!

Drinks were made wrong 3 times in a row but we're corrected finally with no argument and a smile

Some chick with gross red weave at the window didn't say anything to me when I said Hello, how are you. She just grabbed my card and shut the window, then when she handed me my drunks I said thanks and I got a window slammed in my face. This was about two weeks ago. She was full of attitude, I won't be back

The new manager is doing a great job. Employees are now working hard and being efficient instead of gossiping and arguing over who's music will be played over their blue tooth speaker while the line grows out the door.

Lisa and the staff were fantastic!!! My order was ready and correct before I even paid. Thanks for a great experience.

Ordered a latte and expecting a boost? Too bad. It might be decaf. Will they tell you? He'll no. Have fun getting those hash browns early in the morning too because the warming oven is filthy. Just caked with cooked on grease. Oh and did you order your coffee with cream? Well today you got milk. Because the manager thinks you're a moron and owners don't care if they have enough product to meet our high demands. They're too busy pocketing as much of the profit as possible to care if you get what you ordered. Screw this location.

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong or leave something out. And then they give me attitude like it is my fault. Also, they always have items hanging out on signs that they don't even serve.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Constantly getting simple orders wrong. Overcharged me multiple times and even added an unwanted turbo shot to both drinks. Terrible location
