Just went through the drive threw for this location service was fast BUT AFTER OPENING 1 BREAKFAST SANDWICH - THERE WAS ONLY A HALF OF AN EGG ON IT!! I WOULD PREFER TO WAIT LONGER FOR THE FULL EGG.

Ok so dunkin donuts basically sucks as I call them drunken donuts. Hate there coffee but there doubts are better than Tim's. Love there peanut stick. Ofcourse if you want good coffee and bad ass donuts for to Paula's

I don't know what has happened to this place in the last month but it is horrendous now. The food is nasty and the service is worse. One person takes your money and then three other people will ask you what you ordered. Very unorganized.

I expected more from Dunkin' Donuts (Permanently Closed). The coffee at 3501 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14225, USA was mediocre, and the pastries were uninspiring. Given the hype surrounding Dunkin' Donuts (Permanently Closed), I was let down by the coffee's lack of depth and the unremarkable pastries.

Dunkin' Donuts (Permanently Closed) needs a makeover. The decor is outdated, and the latte tasted burnt. Disappointing experience.
