This place is Terrible. The service is so unfriendly you would think they are doing me a favor by taking my order. No one says hello, no one says thank you, no one responds when I say thank you. Not sure how they get away with this type of customer service. There is also never enough people working, or maybe there is but there is not rush to get your order out. Very frustrating.

Hit or miss service. Selection gets slim early, no refill

The selection is ok! Due to it being in a Delta Sonic they often don't have a lot of flavors for Coolatas and things.

I'm giving this Duncan donuts 4 stars due to a wonderful cashier name Danay. Who always have a smile a greats me with a good morning how are ...every morning. I never have to tell her my order she always have it ready. And I greatly appreciate starting my day with great customer service. Great job Danay!

I was excited to try Dunkin' Donuts (Permanently Closed), but it fell short of my expectations. The coffee lacked depth of flavor, and the prices were steep. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Dunkin' Donuts (Permanently Closed) at 1264 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14209, USA is a hidden gem! The moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a quaint European café. The cappuccino was a work of art, with frothy milk and a perfectly balanced espresso shot. The barista even added a cute heart design on top. It was almost too pretty to drink. This place is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts like me.
