Friendly staff who do their best. Long lines in between class times, especially in the mornings so get here early!

I had a disappointing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 81 Rugar St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, USA location were far from accommodating. I won't be giving it another chance.
