The 20 kilo Probat roaster was simply too large not to utilize the higher production capabilities, so Elm Street Coffee Roasters was born to provide Western New York's cafe's, coffee shops, restaurants & markets with local, freshly roasted coffee with the same artisan approach taken with ESB's breads, pastries & food.

I stopped by Elm Street Coffee Roasters on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 660 Persons St, East Aurora, New York 14052, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The caf√© has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.
