I had a terrible experience at Encon Coffee Shop. The coffee at 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Encon Coffee Shop was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
