I had high hopes for Fanizzi & Barr Pc, nestled in the heart of 2303 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
