I was unimpressed by Farmhouse Fried Pies. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 109 E Broad, Mineola, Texas 75773 location. I won't be recommending it to anyone.

I stopped by Farmhouse Fried Pies on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 109 E Broad, Mineola, Texas 75773, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The café has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.
